Important Notice about LLMIT and Lloyd's Courses

The Chartered Insurance Institute has taken over responsibility for the administration of the Lloyd’s and London Market Introductory Test (LLMIT).

To ensure your booking is dealt with as quickly as possible please have your CII PIN (permanent identity number) available when you call. If you do not have one, we will need to create one for you which may take a few moments. We give everyone a PIN to enable us to record the booking and to deal with any subsequent enquiries and future bookings.

Orders can be taken over the telephone for individuals or companies when payment is by credit/debit card only, with the exception of Lloyd's direct employees who will need to quote their account number and cost centre in order for us to process the order. For all bookings from groups of individuals or companies you will need to submit your order in writing to CII Customer Service, 42-48 High Road, South Woodford, London E18 2JP or by fax on 020 8530 3052, enclosing payment or details of your agreed invoicing account number with the CII.
